The Position
Roche Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking an individual to join the Customer Engagement Chapter as Patient Journey Partner in Hematology to drive value creation for patients, the ecosystem, and Roche. In this role, you'll bring actionable customer insights, co-create meaningful solutions with stakeholders, and deliver better patient outcomes.
We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced, strategic and patient-centric professional to join our team as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP). This is a senior-level, field-based role where you will actively engage with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to generate insights, shape strategies, and co-create solutions that drive value for patients, healthcare providers, and Roche.

Your impact
As a PJP in Hematology, you will be the catalyst for change in the hematology patient journey, bridging the gap between Roche’s innovative treatments and the evolving needs of patients. By working at the forefront of patient care, you will play a key role in shaping the future of hematology treatment in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your key responsibilities
Gather and share patient and stakeholder needs and insights, advocate the appropriate use of Roche’s products, and drive solutions.
Influence strategy and tactical omnichannel engagement plans based on customer insights.
Ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct and local regulations.
