We are currently looking for several Call Center Operators to join our growing team.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Handle the daily operational activities of the company with reliability and precision.
- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience via phone and email.
- Process inquiries, respond to questions, and provide effective, tailored solutions to customer issues.
- Keep customer files up to date using internal CRM or management tools.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the achievement of performance targets.
- Take a proactive commercial approach by promoting relevant products and services when appropriate.
Profile & Skills We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Office 365 and digital communication tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a natural commercial flair.
- Analytical ability and a strong sense of customer needs.
- Patient, empathetic, and a great listener.
- Comfortable using management software and IT tools.
- A CESS diploma is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluent in French; Dutch is a valuable asset.
