- Makes recommendations on new trends, tools and methodologies related to digital communication
- Assists in the implementation of digital communication actions and campaigns
- Proposes KPIs and monitors and reports on performance of digital communication actions and campaigns
- Analyses and summarises trends in social media, including the writing of social media analysis reports
- Participates in working groups and progress meetings
- Analyses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of strategic courses of action, including stakeholder analysis
- Communicates with and delivers presentations to various audiences
- Proactively be informed of client's policy and EU political landscape.
- Design, project manage and where possible produce audio visual material for channels.
Knowledge and skills
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of developments, trends, tools and methodologies related to digital communication, that could include:
o Knowledge of search engine optimisation techniques
o Knowledge of European data protection legislation and guidelines for online communication
o Knowledge of digital analytics (web and social media) and monitoring tools, KPIs
o Knowledge of and expertise in legal, data compliance, audit or IT security
o Knowledge of AI tools Knowledge of EU policies, decision making procedures and main political trends in EU member states.
