About the job
As a Management Assistant, you will be the right hand of our CEO, who has a very busy schedule and thrives with strong support. You will ensure that his agenda, priorities, and administrative tasks are well managed, enabling him to focus on strategic growth and leadership.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Agenda Management: Organize and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle last-minute changes.
Task & Deadline Management: Monitor and manage a range of tasks and projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Follow-Up & Reminders: Send frequent reminders to keep the CEO informed of upcoming meetings, tasks, and priorities.
Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take clear and structured notes, and follow up on action items.
Daily Overviews: Prepare and send daily overviews summarizing key tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Administrative Support: Handle professional and occasional personal administrative tasks as needed.
Your Profile:
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to bring order to a fast-paced, often chaotic environment.
Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient with digital tools (calendar management, task management software, email platforms, etc.).
Previous experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
You are based in Antwerp.
