Join Capgemini as a Junior Human Capital Management Consultant , and establish a long term relationship with our major customer, helping them optimizing their HR digitalizations.
Your role
As a junior functional HCM consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of software implementations in the field of HR. We are specialized in the implementation of 3 different software systems : PeopleSoft , SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
Multiple responsibilities might come your way within this role:
- Preparation: gather customer requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution within the software;
- Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in the setup of software tool, develop and execute testing;
- Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material;
- Ownership: grow and become our expert within a certain domain, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, coach junior colleagues in acquiring the necessary skills.
Your profile
We are looking for someone that :
- Holds a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in HR management, Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics or Business Engineering
- Is driven by new technologies & change. You don’t need to have a technology-related degree or experience, but a healthy interest in and affinity with IT is a big plus !
- Is a native speaker in Dutch or French (and willing to improve the other language); with professional working proficiency in English
- Has a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Is customer-oriented and has a high level of commitment
- Has a talent for detecting business needs and to create added value
- Is pragmatic, self-driven, a go-getter & enthusiastic
- Likes to work in a (multidisciplinary) team
- Is eligible for security clearance
