Are you ready to discover the role of an Junior End Point Administrator in Netcompany?
By joining us as an Junior End Point Administrator, you will be responsible for Ensuring the alignment of the endpoints and management infrastructure to meet the organisation’s collaboration needs.
As an Junior End Point Administrator you will:
- Maintain and support the organisation endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) during their full lifecycle.
- Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image.
- Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints
- Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems.
- Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Expertise in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows client operating systems.
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting endpoints and peripherals.
- Experience in handling application packaging and operating system imaging.
- Strong experience with scripting and automation processes.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- At least one of the technical certifications below:
- Microsoft 365: Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
- Microsoft: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (or equivalent).
- VMware: Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) (or equivalent).
- Cisco: Certified Technician Collaboration.
- McAfee: Certified Product Specialist - ePO Certification.
