Are you passionate about IT Resiliency and Continuity?
Do you thrive in Agile environments and want to help ensure seamless IT operations even during critical events? If you’re excited to tackle real challenges in disaster recovery and continuity planning, then this opportunity is for you.
Join a forward-thinking security and infrastructure team that places resilience at the heart of its digital transformation journey. As a Resiliency/IT Continuity Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring IT systems can withstand disruptions and continue to deliver essential services to millions of users.
Your Mission
As a key member of the Resiliency/IT Continuity team, your mission is to safeguard the organization’s ability to recover from critical IT incidents. In this role:
You will drive initiatives to maintain and test IT resilience across business-critical systems and data centers.
You will coordinate and validate key deliverables such as Application Impact Analyses (AIA), Continuity Run Books (CRBs), and Disaster Recovery (DR) Unitary Test documentation.
You will act as the main point of contact for multiple product and infrastructure teams on all matters related to IT continuity and resilience.
You will support compliance with regulatory frameworks by ensuring resilience requirements are embedded into daily operations and projects.
You will lead the preparation and execution of disaster recovery exercises, including readiness assessments and risk mitigation planning.
You will conduct detailed infrastructure capacity studies for systems and components across dual data center environments.
You will build, coordinate, and maintain the Master Run Book (MRB) by consolidating all critical actions from the individual CRBs.
You will facilitate live disaster recovery exercises—typically conducted during weekends or overnight—ensuring a smooth and effective execution.
