What will you be doing in this role?
- Organization, deployment, and ongoing management of Information Systems (IS) support.
- Coordination and oversight of support teams.
- Management of IS services and related processes.
- Collaboration with project teams to ensure alignment and support.
- Administration of wikis, collaborative platforms, and internal social networks.
- Oversight of information resources and maintenance of the organization's knowledge base.
- Monitoring and improvement of service quality in incident, problem, and issue management.
- Handling and tracking of user requests and inquiries.
- Providing guidance and assistance on effective use of information systems.
- Management of IS-related incidents.
- Development and organization of user documentation for information systems.
- Planning and delivery of IS and ICT training programs.
- Designing and implementing efficient support processes. Supporting users with information systems and ICT tools via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 9 years of relevant experience), including at least 2 years of specific experience in Support Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing end-user support for information systems, particularly within business workflow applications.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Access Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Security.
- Experience with wikis, collaborative platforms, social networks, and maintenance of IS knowledge bases.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation.
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level and ability to understand, speak and write French B2+ will be an advantage
