The Role: Finance Intern
Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance within an international and dynamic environment?
At Amplifon Belgium, we’re offering a hands-on internship where you’ll be fully integrated into our Finance team and gain real-world experience from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and updating performance reports (e.g., sales, cost control, stock management) — with opportunities to suggest improvements.
- Assisting in monthly closings: checking accounting entries, calculating provisions, updating cost allocations, and more.
- Analyzing variances between actual results and forecasts, and presenting key findings.
- Conducting performance analysis of our Amplifon shops and collaborating with regional managers or shop employees to gather relevant information.
- Supporting the implementation of new procedures aimed at improving business efficiency.
You will report directly to the Financial Controller of Amplifon Belgium, who will serve as your mentor throughout the internship.
Who We’re Looking For
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance or a related field (mandatory, as the internship must be school-supported).
- Motivation to learn and contribute in a dynamic international setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for improvement and detail.
