Your Role as Inside Sales Manager
As Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our sales operations. With a team of 2 sales employees under your guidance, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coaching your sales team
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, providing technical and commercial support
- Preparing quotations and managing tender processes
- Visiting clients and participating in strategic discussions
- Working closely with our Business Development Manager on expanding our business and strengthening key accounts
- Participating in European-level sales meetings with colleagues in Germany, France, and the UK
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting directly to the Managing Director
Your Profile
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager who brings:
- Experience in bolting, metalworking, or a technical B2B sales environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and (French) (spoken and written)
- A hands-on mentality, willingness to go the extra mile, and strategic thinking
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership or team coordination experience is a big plus
