Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We're looking for a motivated IAM Security Consultant to join our team in Belgium for a V.I.E Program. In this role, you’ll help strengthen our clients’ Identity and Access Management (IAM) posture by assessing risks, implementing best practices, and improving IAM processes. You'll work cross-functionally to support secure access to critical systems and raise cybersecurity awareness across organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) security issues and provide technical guidance to resolve them.
Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Access Management Service.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to detect, evaluate, and mitigate security risks.
Support and participate in process modeling using UML to document security-related procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM services and security posture.
Your Profile:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles.
Proficiency in IAM tools such as SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, PingCastle.
Solid knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python and Power BI.
Familiarity with security frameworks and IAM best practices.
Experience in process modeling (UML) is required.
Fluent in English – this is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are considered a plus.
