Because our business is growing fast-paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our head offices that provide support to all restaurants.
About the job
In this role as HR Intern you provide all-round assistance in implementing People Initiatives that drive business results.
Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- Development of training materials;
- Assist with overall recruitment process and when a new restaurant opens
- Creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives;
- Supporting with HR admin
- HR data collection & analysis – linking to the business
- Supporting the digitization of HR processes
About you now
To be able to excel in this role, we believe you need to possess:
- Preferably obtaining/schooled with a Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or similar
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- You are pragmatic & discrete, thrives as part of a team but can also function autonomously
- A result driven mindset and the talent to multi-task
- Fluency in Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English is definitely an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher)
