The Position
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across various functions, including office management, onboarding, administrative work and even recruitment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment while developing key HR skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding preparations together with the rest of the team
- Organising teambuildings, after work parties and other events in the office and outside the office
- Contributing to the well-being of the whole team at LIZY
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials or reports for internal HR use
- Welcoming visitors and assisting with meeting room bookings or office tours
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
- Helping the HR team with any other projects depending on priorities
️About you
Your profile:
- An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Motivated to pursue a career in Human resources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
