Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Belgium. Reporting to our Cluster Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities:- Landlord Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and ensuring alignment with our standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Property Maintenance: Implement a proactive maintenance program to keep our properties in top condition.
- Brand Experience: Contribute to enhancing the Numa brand and ensuring consistent guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise costs, and track key performance indicators.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Local Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Amsterdam market.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
- Hospitality Experience: A background in hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and team members.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to change.
