The role:
- You have the opportunity to shape the Travel Retail Channel, in Americas and APAC , of the leading global brewer and work with some of the most valuable and well known consumer brands
- Key responsibility of the role is to build, shape and identify opportunities for AB InBev into additional global segments aligning with key stakeholders across the region, managing the full end to end process of opportunity identification to implementation.
- You will manage a team of account managers in the respective regions
- You will also be responsible for Customer relationships, commercial negotiations and full P&L ownership
- You will identify opportunities in our Travel Retail portfolio, assess the segment attractiveness, identify strategically most attractive occasions and our ability to win in those segments. You develop short- and midterm plans, business cases and recommendations to guide decision making of our European and Global Management Committee towards prioritized segments.
- Within the identified opportunities you lead the evaluation of ideal commercial strategy and ranging from brand portfolio to optimal supply & sales structure.
- During the development of a new opportunity you work closely with the agreed partner and external stakeholders whilst managing internal stakeholders including supply, marketing and commercial, defining pricing and SKU portfolio and operating model
- You are responsible for regular reviews of the channel’s strategy effectiveness, profitability, transparency, sustainability and efficiencies to European and Global stakeholders
What are we looking for:
- Previous experience in FMCG industry and/or commercial roles/key account management experience and/or strategy consulting are a plus
- Experience in strategy development and leading complex and high-profile projects
- Team player with experience in leadership and team management
- Strong in analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good communication and strong influencing skills to constantly engage with a senior stakeholder group and customers
- Proven track record in implementation and setting up operations
- Passion to lead change with a positive mindset
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Proficient in English, will be an advantage however not a requirement
