Your mission
As Global Head Human Nutrition, you are the face and brain behind our global Human Nutrition activities. You will take the lead in the global strategy and rollout of our Human Nutrition business, supporting regional teams in expanding their local portfolios. You are responsible not only for attracting and onboarding new suppliers—preferably through exclusive multi-country contracts—but also for the overall growth of the segment, fully aligned with our company objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the global Human Nutrition strategy
- Leading and building the global Human Nutrition team
- Supporting local teams with market insights and product expertise
- Identifying and onboarding new suppliers worldwide
- Expanding initiatives such as the Manuchar Academy and trade fair participation
- Enhancing local and global synergy between teams and portfolios
Your profile
- You are a recognized expert in the Human Nutrition sector with experience leading international teams
- You have a strong supplier network and understand the global market landscape
- You understand the needs and opportunities within different markets and know how to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers
- You are a true bridge-builder between global strategy and local execution
- You inspire and empower others with strong persuasion skills and natural reliability that builds trust both inside and outside the team
- You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus and helps you engage smoothly with our international teams and partners
- You are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis to regional teams, suppliers, and (international) trade fairs
