First Line Leader Transfer/transport

We are looking for a dedicated First Line Leader – Transfer/Transport to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing critical processes such as ordering, supply, delivery, shipment, and clinical material management.

In this role you will…
Manage warehouse-labeling-packaging operations/scheduling- LMS for all GSK Bio clinical material to cope with the demand.
Manage a team of operators and employees, and provide day to day support.
Ensure that the facility, equipment and staff are appropriately designed and trained to ensure production activities.
Warehouse management : inventory and ordering, reception management, internal distribution, shipping activities.
Labeling/packaging management: randomization process, blinding process, clinical coordination, labels preparation & approbation, packaging, labelling.
Label Master Sheet activities: LMS master data management, LMS vaccines process, LMS bio specimen process, Vaccines ordering & OF creation.
Make sure that the facility is properly managed in accordance with highest quality standards, including Security and (Bio) Safety aspects. You ensure compliance of the operations with GMP and Authorities requirements, and monitor quality of the production in close collaboration with QC and take corrective actions when necessary.
Apply the recommended processes and continuously anticipates potential improvements of the current processes while assuring compliance with the Change Management procedures.
Be responsible for representing Facility Activities during External Audits (FDA, WHO, Nat Health Authorities).
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bio Engineer or University degree in sciences or equivalent acquired through experience.
Advanced knowledge in supply chain management, processes, biopharmaceuticals technologies.
Experience in people management within a production environment.
Strong understanding of GMP for biological products.
Decision making and problem solving skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to drive change.
Flexible, and easily adapt to new/unexpected situations.
