At Byteflies, we bring vital signs from the patient’s home directly to healthcare professionals – hassle-free. To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on Application Specialist to help our customers (HCPs, nurses, hospitals, private practices) successfully onboard and use our solutions. Your playground will be Brussels, Wallonia, and Luxemburg.

Your Impact
- Onboard and train new clients (HCPs, nurses, hospitals, private practices)
- Provide on-site training and ongoing (remote) support
- Demonstrate our solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
- Customer support and customer satisfaction in general: whether it is by providing support on site or from behind the desk.
- Act as a liaison between Byteflies and clinical sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
- Proactively identify customer needs and improvements

- Multilingual: you’re fluent in French and English

- You have a driver’s license and you love being in the field with customers
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as medical/biomedical sciences, human health engineering, bioengineering, or nursing or you have experience in a similar role and sector
- This is a part-time role (50%)
