THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive customer engagement, interacting with people walking past the venue, describing the experience effectively
- Engage with customers as they arrive, get them checked in & ready for their journey of self discovery
- Host customers through the experience itself, always willing to enhance their journey
- Personally debrief customers after their experience and promote online reviews (especially 5 star ones!)
- Drive merchandise and F&B sales through positive engagement & personable communication
- Assist in the maintenance & up-keep of the venue including cleaning, opening & closing procedures, stock management and general organization
- Support local marketing of the venue, including the making of social media content
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - each group can contain up to 24 people, so you’ll need to be comfortable engaging with large groups
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - our customers move rooms often so timing is key
- A keen problem solver - things don’t always go to plan and we’re looking for people who are comfortable thinking on the spot
- An outgoing personality with an energetic predisposition
- Professional, dependant & reliable individual who wants to work in a fantastic team
THE ROLE
- Part- time (a variety of contracted hours available; including flexi workers + students)
- Varied shifts (including daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Conversational French, Dutch & English is a must
