About the Role
 

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role in executing our digital marketing initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in digital marketing.

Working closely with the broader marketing/policy/events teams you will support campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and website updates, newsletter developments. 

You will work with data sets and audience groups, analyse it and make use it is used to optimise our strategy delivery.

You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels and have opportunities to contribute ideas and grow your skill set.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop practical digital marketing experience in a collaborative team setting.


About You
 

•    You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and speaking, and can adapt your tone for different platforms and audiences.
•    You’re organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines without missing a beat.
•    You’re digitally savvy, comfortable navigating or a fast learner of online tools and platforms like Salesforce,  Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suit, Google Looker.
•    You understand how different platforms work, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Bluesky—and you know how to tailor content for each.
•    You understand the role of brand voice and tone, and you’re mindful about consistency, professionalism, and alignment with overall marketing goals.
•    You can analyse content performance, including views, engagement rates, and audience retention, and use that insight to help refine future content.
•    You have a strong grasp of data organisation, maintaining clean, structured datasets for campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and performance reporting across digital platforms
•    You provide support for both virtual and in-person events, coordinating marketing materials, managing communications, and helping ensure smooth execution before, during, and after the event
•    You will conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and maintain key contacts to support marketing initiatives.
•    You have an excellent command of English, and a working knowledge of at least one other European language is a plus.
•    You work independently with a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and stay organised to deliver high-impact results.
•    You are conscientious and creative, approaching challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
•    Desirably you an interest in EU affairs and the connectivity industry, keeping up with key developments and trends that shape the sector.
