As a Diamond Operations Lead you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of melee and diamond services within the Belgium office. This involves managing workflows, ensuring timely order processing for local and international orders, the logistics and supporting a small team to achieve operational excellence. You will act as the central point of contact for local operations, ensuring compliance with company standards while optimizing efficiency and resolving challenges.

What you'll do
Operational Focus
Oversee the end-to-end processing of melee diamond orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across various service types.
Monitor and prioritize workflows, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure all operational data is accurately tracked and updated in internal systems for transparency and reporting purposes.
Logistics Focus
Oversee the preparation and dispatch of shipments, ensuring compliance with local, EU, and international shipping requirements.
Resolve any logistical issues that arise, minimizing disruptions to workflows.
Scope and implement new logistics routes to improve delivery timeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address delays, prioritize urgent orders, and ensure seamless communication.
Engagement Focus
Act as the primary liaison between the Belgium office and suppliers, coordinating pickups, deliveries, ensuring local and international regulations compliance. (G7 ban - AML - …)
Ensure excellent customer service for walk-in clients by addressing operations-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting actionable solutions.
Support the development of long-term strategies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of operations.
