Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Coach to work on an exciting consultancy engagement with a client in the energy sector. In this short-term but impactful role, you will guide the client's internal team as they work to establish and optimize Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) principles within their organization. This mission involves coaching rather than hands-on implementation, focusing on empowering the client team to build a sustainable DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Expert Coaching: Guide the client's internal teams on best practices in CI/CD, helping them design, implement, and refine pipelines tailored to their unique needs.
- Facilitate Learning Sessions: Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to upskill team members on DevOps principles and tools.
- Mentorship: Act as a trusted advisor, helping the team troubleshoot challenges and optimize their workflows throughout the engagement.
- Develop Tailored Strategies: Assist the client in creating frameworks and roadmaps for scaling their DevOps initiatives.
- Ensure Knowledge Retention: Enable the client to independently maintain and improve CI/CD practices post-engagement.
Your Profile
We are looking for a consultant who is not only technically proficient but also excels in communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a DevOps coach, consultant, or engineer.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI).
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A solid grasp of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and communication skills to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with DevOps best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the energy sector or similar regulated industries.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar.
- Prior experience in consultancy roles is a plus.
