We are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and coordinate the organization's cybersecurity initiatives. The role involves defining and managing a security roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and strengthening the overall security posture.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.

Coordinate and monitor security projects across IT and business teams.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Organize and facilitate governance and steering committees.

Produce reports, KPIs, and documentation to track progress and compliance.

Promote a security-first culture and raise awareness across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in cybersecurity program or project management.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and risk management practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Languages: English and French and/or Dutch

Certifications (Preferred)

CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional

CISM - Certified Information Security Manager

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor

PMI or PRINCE2 certification (for program/project management)
