We’re hiring a Commercial Operations Manager Europe to take full ownership of one of prado’s most critical growth engines: the commercial operations function. This international team sits at the heart of our commercial model, where teams, processes, and data meet to drive commercial excellence across brands. As our business grows in size and complexity, and as we integrate adjacent brands, we need someone who can build the structure, processes, and teams that enable us to scale with excellence.

This is a role for a high-impact leader with around 10 years of experience in top-tier, high-growth environments. You’ll act as the architect of our commercial operations setup: designing roles and teams, harmonizing policies and processes across multiple brands, and driving impact through data, systems, and execution. You’ll need to balance operational excellence, commercial acumen, and customer focus, while thriving in the pace and ambiguity that come with scale-up growth.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure we execute quickly, accurately, and at scale, while growing your teams in ownership, structure, and performance.

what you’ll do

  • Build and scale: design the blueprint of our commercial ops function, from project coordinators to aftercare support, then go hire, coach, and empower them.
  • Own commercial operations across brands: lead customer success, expert teams, and support teams, and make them more efficient and more effective.
  • Create one way of working: harmonize discount, payment, delivery, and tiering policies so we operate like one machine, across multiple brands and markets.
  • Unlock growth: use data, dashboards, and account insights to drive upsell, cross-sell, and stronger key account relationships.
  • Fuel the funnel: work hand-in-hand with marketing on lead generation in new markets and engagement playbooks (eg. fairs / samples)
  • Scale knowledge: make sure technical product information flows seamlessly through the organization so everyone speaks the same language to customers, powered by strong internal tools & technical colleagues.
  • Build in systems: roll out smarter CRM, automated workflows, and digital tools to eliminate friction and free up human time.
  • Raise the bar: set bold targets, track KPIs, and build a culture where accountability and ambition go hand in hand.
  • Step in when it counts: act fast and decisively when an operational or customer issue needs senior intervention.

what we’re looking for

  • ~10 years in sales operations / commercial / customer success leadership, ideally in a fast-scaling, top-tier environment (eg. scale-up, consulting or FMCG).
  • A team architect who knows how to build structures and roles that scale.
  • Proven experience driving process consistency and tool rollouts across markets or business units.
  • Commercial instincts: can turn data and dashboards into real revenue opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, automation, and workflow tools.
  • A natural bridge-builder across sales, marketing, product, and supply chain.
  • Hands-on, high-bar, high-urgency: you’re not afraid to dive in and make things happen.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
