Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• 20 years of experience in the definition and management of complex transformation projects, justifying of a management position at Director or Strategic level in private or public organisations;
• 8 years of experience in defining, developing and/or implementing cloud adoption strategies in the public or private sector;
• 5 years of experience in the field of cloud procurement, from the buyer perspective.

Duties/role:

• Analysing cloud adoption strategies and flagship IT initiatives across EUIs and DGs.
• Contributing to the definition and follow-up of studies on cloud efficiency, sovereignty, and digital transformation;
• Drafting policy briefings, contributions to parliamentary questions, and support documents for cross-DIGIT initiatives;
• Supporting leaders and co-leading specific working groups related to cloud governance, strategy, or adoption.
