Job Description
As a Client Contract Manager for EU Institutions, you'll be part of a dynamic and international team with many growth and learning opportunities.
As a Client Contract Manager you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EU institutional clients on all project-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and trusted partnerships.
- Oversee professional services projects for EU clients, managing budgets, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining service continuity, and fostering high levels of client satisfaction and team motivation.
- Monitor and analyse delivery trends within the EU context to proactively identify potential issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative actions.
- Evaluate risks specific to service delivery for EU stakeholders, and lead the implementation of effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Align with EU project priorities, assign and coordinate internal resources effectively, and manage service activities to support evolving client needs.
- Provide consolidated and strategic reporting to EU clients, steering committees, and Netcompany-Intrasoft management to ensure transparency and alignment with institutional goals.
- Play a key role in identifying and supporting add-on sales opportunities with EU institutions in collaboration with the Sales and Delivery Management teams.
Qualifications
What would make you a strong fit for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT services, preferably within the EU sector
- Proven experience working with European Institutions and a solid understanding of Time and Means (T&M) contracts
- Hands-on experience in managing teams and delivering services under structured contractual environments, such as framework contracts or large-scale service agreements for EU clients
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong client service mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to critically evaluate information with keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong advantage
- Being a true team player with experience working in multicultural and diverse teams
- Resilience under pressure and ability to perform effectively in high-demand, dynamic environments
