Responsibilities:
Chase intros and keep key convos moving
Track priorities and follow up across teams
Turn messy threads into clear plans
Prep docs, decks, and notes for key meetings
Keep our CEO unblocked and focused
Requirements
Strong communicator and comfortable chasing people
Self-managed and organized: you don’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable in a startup: fast pace, zero politics, lots of context switching
Low-ego, reliable, and no time for corporate BS.
