The Channel Partner Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global channel strategy that drives partner performance, ensures compliance, and supports long-term business growth.


This position reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Effectiveness & Enablement and is part of the Commercial Excellence organization located remotely in Belgium and will be fully remote to cover EMEA, APAC, and US.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop global channel partner strategy and the playbook for compliance and commercial alignment

  • Oversee the selection of channel partners in the regions and ensure agreements align with the channel strategy

  • Assess and measure the outcome of the Channel Partner Program by region.

  • Develops and coordinates the pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel Partners

  • Act as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on partner strategy, performance, and issue resolution

  • Representing the company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, or distributor management

  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance policies, and audit processes

  • Experience in pricing and discount development of Channel Partners

  • Cross cultural and cross functional experience

  • Proficiency in CRM and partner management platforms

  • Experience utilizing continuous improvement tools

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – occasional up to 20% of the time

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
