Your Impact:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, serving as the main liaison to understand their unique challenges and objectives in change management.
Collaborate directly with government agencies and public institutions on initiatives related to organizational change management, stakeholder management, communication and learning activities.
Apply and adapt existing change management methodologies, while developing innovative strategies specifically tailored to address the needs and complexities of the public sector, ideally ADKAR certified.
Provide expert coaching and guidance to public sector project teams and stakeholders, facilitating smooth transitions and effectively managing resistance to change.
Explore and capitalize on opportunities within the Belgian and international public sectors, driving meaningful change at governmental levels.
Work closely with public sector leaders, alongside internal partners, directors, and managers, to support business development initiatives tailored to the public sector's requirements.
Assume responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of deliverables, reports, and advisory services provided to public sector clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic change management goals.
Commit to continual professional growth to enhance your expertise and contributions to change management within the public sector.
About You:
Hold a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, including roles in the public sector or in consulting services targeting public sector change.
Demonstrate strong interest, expertise, and experience in change management processes within governmental and public environments.
Possess a balanced approach that combines analytical thinking with creativity and a structured understanding of public sector challenges.
Adapt communication style to engage effectively with a diverse range of public sector stakeholders, including government officials and civil servants.
Capable of transforming public sector challenges into opportunities through strategic thinking and innovative solutions.
Communicate effectively, providing clarity and precision on complex change management issues.
Eager to grow and develop skills tailored to public sector transformation.
Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with proficiency in the other language being advantageous, especially in multilingual government settings.
