Beyond Beer Senior Brand Manager
The Beyond Beer team offers the opportunity to work across innovation, brand, and commercial projects in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have a leading strategic role for Beyond Beer, reporting into the Beyond Beer Marketing Director. This person will be responsible for EZY in Belgium, will support on the launch of a new Global Brand proposition in France, and will lead the expansion of the new Global Brand proposition across Belgium & Netherlands in 2026. They will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership with key senior stakeholders at a Global, Zone and BU level as well as with external agencies.

Job Description/Activities:
Day-to-day management of EZY in Belgium, in collaboration with BU and cross-functional teams
Leading the preparation & execution of launch and go-to-market plans of a new Global Brand proposition in Belgium & Netherlands in 2026 and supporting on France 2025, in collaboration with the rest of the Beyond Beer, BU, and cross-functional teams
Developing and implementing full 360 brand plans, including communication and trade execution to scale the brand and meet commercial objectives. Ensuring plans and execution is aligned with senior stakeholders
Building relationships with global & local agencies to ensure delivery of high impact campaigns and communications relevant to our target audience
Assessing, feeding back on, and guiding the creative development of assets for use both above and below the line
Working with our connections team and external media partners to maximize media impact within our budget
Accurate & diligent ownership of marketing budget & monthly processes
Monthly performance reporting as required
Who are we looking for:
Proven knowledge of our business and clear aptitude to learn
Marketing and/or commercial experience
Project management experience
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Basic financial acumen and budget management
Fluent English and Dutch in speaking, reading and writing
