Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in creating and managing content in Atlassian Confluence;
• Fluent in creating and implementing taxonomies in Atlassian Confluence environment;
• Strong experience (5+ years) in dynamic content management and integration between Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.

Desirable:

• Software development background;
• Experience in working with NATO;
• Experience of working with NATO Communications and Information Agency.

Duties/role:

• Providing expert advice on Information and Knowledge Management using Atlassian Confluence
• During and outside Information and Knowledge Management Steering Group (IKM SG);
• To the NCSC team;
• To all end-users requiring assistance in the domain.
• Assessing the best means to achieve user requests, considering integration aspects;
• Developing and implementing content on test and production environments.
