Your role in our team
Lead AI Projects with Impact
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business leaders.
- Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business units.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly and proactively.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across departments.
- Translate business challenges into AI use cases and technical requirements.
- Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models, NLP systems, computer vision, and more.
- Champion ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Validate AI models and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintain thorough documentation and manage change control processes.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Collaborate with HR and procurement for staffing and vendor coordination.
How you strengthen our team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in AI or data-driven projects.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
