What can you expect?
- Lead and perform data analytics in ongoing investigations and process improvement projects, ensuring insights drive meaningful action.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics tools and models to address complex business challenges and enable data-informed decision-making.
- Share your expertise by training team members, helping to elevate the organization's overall data maturity.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, including the exploration and implementation of innovative systems or AI tools to optimize operations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and report key insights and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization
Who are we looking for?
Education & Background
- You bring proven expertise in data analytics, ideally within the BioTech, Pharma, or a similarly complex and regulated sector.
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in analytical roles where you've performed hands-on data analyses, driven insights and supported decision-making about data, partnerships, tools being used, ...
- You are a strong communicator, capable of building effective partnerships and navigating both global and local stakeholder environments.
- You combine an analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, always seeking data-informed improvements and impactful outcomes.
